We at suhu set out our account terms to ensure every user understands their rights and obligations when using our platform. These terms apply to all suhu accounts, whether you access us through web, mobile app, or any other interface. Our commitment is to operate transparently so you know exactly how we manage deposits, withdrawals, account security, and dispute resolution.

Our services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits. You remain responsible for verifying that your access to suhu complies with your own region's regulations. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

Account Registration & Verification on suhu

E-wallet deposits (e-wallet, mobile banking) typically arrive instantly. Bank transfers via local payment or virtual account may take up to one banking hour. Once your balance is confirmed, you can begin placing bets immediately; we do not impose waiting periods between deposit and wagering.

Your suhu wallet holds all funds from any payment method. If you deposit via multiple channels, your balance is consolidated into a single account wallet. Withdrawals are processed to your original payment method. If you funded your account through online payment, we return your winnings to e-wallet. If you used a mobile banking virtual account, we withdraw to local payment.

We process withdrawal requests within one standard banking day from receipt of your request. During holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) or non-standard banking hours, processing may take longer. We do not hold funds unnecessarily; our goal is to return your money promptly.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Thresholds

We occasionally offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional credits to new and existing users. Any bonus we provide comes with terms. We clearly display bonus conditions (wagering requirement, validity period, maximum cashout, eligible markets) at the time you claim the bonus. You may decline a bonus and wager with your own funds instead.

Bonuses are credited as account credit, not cash. You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before we convert it to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement must be wagered five times its face value. Bets placed on certain markets (outright betting, specific league markets) may not contribute toward wagering requirements; we specify eligible markets in the bonus terms.

Bonuses expire after a set period (e.g., 30 days from claim). Unclaimed bonuses are forfeited. If you have an active bonus and withdraw your account balance, the bonus is also forfeited. We do not refund bonuses or compensate for forfeited bonuses under any circumstances.

suhu Account Philosophy

When you place a bet on suhu—whether on Liga 1 fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League matches, or other markets—your stake is locked immediately. We calculate your potential payout based on the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet. Once the event concludes and the official result is known, we settle your bet automatically.

Winning bets are credited to your suhu account within minutes of official settlement. Losing bets are removed from your account. Voided bets (due to fixture cancellation or other exceptional circumstances) result in your stake being returned to your wallet without profit or loss.

We reserve the right to void, cancel, or void any bet if we discover evidence of fraud, match-fixing, or violation of our terms. Our settlement decisions are final; we do not overturn settled bets except in cases of verifiable system error.

Dispute Resolution & Our suhu Process

If you dispute a settlement decision or believe an error occurred, contact our support team. Provide details of your bet: bet ID, market, stake, and the outcome in question. We review your dispute against official event records, broadcast footage, or official league data. Our decision is based on these objective sources, not on personal interpretation. If we find we made an error, we correct it immediately and credit your account. If we determine the settlement was correct, we maintain our decision. Our dispute resolution typically completes within 7 days.

Jurisdiction, Termination & Final Terms

suhu operates only in jurisdictions where local law permits. Our services are not available where online wagering is restricted or prohibited. You are solely responsible for verifying that your access and use of suhu comply with your own jurisdiction's laws. If you access suhu from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk; we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.

We may modify these terms at any time. We notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of suhu after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept our changes, you must close your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any suhu account for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory compliance reasons. Upon termination, we return your account balance (minus any disputed amounts) to your registered payment method within one banking day. Terminated accounts forfeit any unclaimed bonuses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which suhu is registered. Any disputes arising from your use of suhu will be resolved through our internal dispute process first; we do not commit to external arbitration or litigation.
